What information do we collect (and how do we collect it)?
Information you provide
The Service does not store or save your passwords.
The Service supports connecting to Google, Apple, Yahoo, Microsoft Outlook.com/Hotmail, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, and other Internet calendars. If the Service can use “OAuth” to authenticate with the Internet calendar the Service never asks for, or has access to, the password for the Internet calendar account.
In the cases where a password is required (e.g. Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Apple, and Yahoo) to connect to an Internet calendar the Service uses the password for that session only and the password is transmitted using industry standard security. It is never stored or saved by the Service.
We collect information about the devices that you use to connect to the Services such as the operating system for such devices, the devices’ IP address, and the type of browser that you use. In addition, we collect information about how you use the Services, including user interface choices you make.
We use “cookies” to collect information about how you use the Services so that we may improve your user experience. We use two types of cookies. The first type of cookie (called a persistent cookie) stays on your device and is used to save your Account information to make future logins easier. The second type of cookie is a temporary cookie (also called a session cookie) and it’s used to provide the Services to you. These temporary cookies are deleted from your device once you close your browser. You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features of the Service.

We may share Your Information with a third party application provider at your request. You understand that we are not responsible for those third parties and what they do with Your Information. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with their privacy policies and practices.
We may be required to provide Your Information to law enforcement or in order to comply with the law. We will only make such disclosures where we have a reasonable belief that the disclosure is necessary in order to: (a) comply with a lawful or compulsory request; (b) protect the health and safety of any person; (c) prevent fraud or abuse; or (d) to protect BizLogr’s rights.
Data retention/How do we secure your information?
We keep Your Information for as long as your account is active in order to provide the Services to you. We may also keep and use Your Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you no longer want us to use Your Information, you must cancel your Account. You can cancel your Account by clicking on the ‘Cancel Account’ button in your profile page. When you cancel your Account we will delete Your Information. Note that we may use offline backups and other technologies to provide the Service and all of Your Information may not be deleted immediately, but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to do it as quickly as possible. In any event, we will not use Your Information for any purpose other than to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements after you cancel Your Account.
We use industry standard administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect Your Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although we try to protect Your Information, you understand that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
How to access and change your information?
You can review, correct, amend and delete the personal information you provided when setting up your Account by changing your “account settings.” However, please note that we require certain personal information in order to be able to provide the Services to you.
